That means I process my thoughts by writing. Occasionally when I share those thoughts here on my website, that makes me a ‘blogger.’
What I publish here is the result of years of writing, rewriting and searching for just the right words and then choosing to publish them for others to read and reflect on.
When I have spent a lot of time processing a particular subject or theme—and there is a lot of material to share—that’s when I start working to turn that into a whole book. My Book

As you may have heard, I’m a writer.
I journal all the time as a way to help me make sense of my thoughts, experiences, emotions, beliefs, etc.
As I also mentioned, sometimes I notice a topic that has a lot of material that seems relevant to a wider audience.
That’s when I surrender to the monumental task of putting those thoughts into a book.
This turns me into an author!
I have been hard at work on my current book, Somewhere In The Middle: Breaking Cycles of Generational Trauma, for a lot of years now, but I think I’m finally closing in on getting this darn thing published.
